The project incorporates 8 condominium flats inside of the historic Middleton Building and 46 “city homes” that take advantage of the sites unique river and city view. The gated community also includes a swimming pool, putting green, community room and full gym, creating a country club feel in an urban setting. The city homes are three stories with either two to three bedrooms. Each unit features large open living rooms and oversized kitchens. The units also have individual garages, media rooms, rooftop decks and an elevator. The sizes range from 2,000 sq. ft. to 3,800 sq. ft.
