This mixed-use Office/Retail buildings’ design reflects the developers desire for an icon landmark in the Vista that fronts Gervais Street and incorporates historic elements that tie the structure to its historic surrounding.  The 5 story building has approximately 70,000 sq.ft. of Class “A” office space and 20,000 sq. ft. of ground floor urban retail.  The historic Columbia Supply Building will be renovated and showcases its 18 ft ceilings and a unique covered patio.  The esplanade will connect Gervais Street, Lady Street and Lincoln Street to encourage people to gather and shop.
