This speculative industrial facility is constructed of perimeter load bearing, tilt up concrete wall panels.   The tilt up panels are configured for dock doors with levelers or knock outs for future dock doors.  The roof and interior structure are conventional steel construction.   This building was completed for permit in under four weeks by the dedicated staff of LTC Associates, Inc.
