Due to strict flood zone requirements, this tilt up construction facility was built above ground.  While meeting tight budget and time constraints, this building was designed to provide views of the football field and basketball court from a unique donors room in the upstairs portion of the facility.  An enclosed ramp area is also incorporated into the overall design in lieu of a separate covered ramp.  Additionally, the raised structure allows for a covered assembly area for various school activities.
